Cynthia and Victor Liu return to the U.S. after three years in China under an exit ban

Cynthia and Victor Liu are the daughter and son of Liu Changming, a businessman wanted on fraud charges in China. They traveled with their mother Sandra Han to China for relatives visits in June 2018. However, they were prevented from returning to the U.S. and detained.
