Pamela could be hurricane again as it makes Mexico landfall


Pamela became a tropical hurricane Tuesday afternoon. It was centered around 170miles (275 km) west-southwest Mazatlan on Tuesday night. The storm was moving north at approximately 12 mph (19 kph), according to the U.S. National Hurricane Center. Maximum wind speeds were approximately 70 mph (1110 kph).
