They will be presenting their fifth and final Marvel Cinematic Universe series in 2021. HawkeyeOn November 24, Disney+ will debut the movie, titled.

The arrow-slinging superhero Hawkeye, who has been played over the past decade by Jeremy Renner could make a good character for a series. Hawkeye doesn’t have any superpowers. He’s a street-level hero. Hawkeye is a hero for neighborhoods and not the entire globe. The central question of the show seems to be, “Will Hawkeye make it home for Christmas?”

This small-scale premise looks promising. Marvel’s shows sometimes fail when they attempt to expand too far, tying too many links to the films and staging too many CGI battles. LokiThe most acclaimed MCU series to date,, wisely focused its final scene on a dialogue between the villains and heroes, instead of a space battle, which would have been a little lame in comparison with the one on the big screen. Hawkeye certainly won’t pull punches: The trailer pays homage to Die Hard, Kiss Kiss Bang BangThere are many action films set in the holidays season, and there is a long history of them. However, the fights are shorter and the stakes are lower.

That’s not to say that HawkeyeIt will completely be separated from the rest. Hailee Steinfeld will play Kate Barton in this new phase of the cinematic universe. Hawkeye is happy with the current situation, even though he wants to continue his retirement to be closer to his family. Things get very dark for Hawkeye in Avengers: Endgame, after Thanos snaps his fingers and makes half of all life in the universe disappear in the “blip,” including Clint’s entire family. Clint, now known as Ronin, travels around the globe, trying to escape his anger by taking down mobsters, cartels and other criminals. Hawkeye will be loosely based on Matt Fraction’s run of comics

Marvel Comics

The MCU draws often inspiration from certain comic books. Hawkeye the TV show looks like it will hew closely to writer Matt Fraction and artist David Aja’s beloved HawkeyeYou can read the comics. Even the logos of both comic series and TV show are identical.

Fraction’s stories follow Hawkeye when he isn’t fighting alongside the Avengers. Clint Barton’s Clint lives in Brooklyn, and becomes eventually a landlord for a walkup. Usually injured from being thrown out of a building or being punched the face, Clint spends much of his time fighting tracksuit-clad street level thugs who use the term “bro” constantly.

Getting old at this point, and realizing he’ll need to pass the bow on to a successor, Clint offers to mentor Kate Bishop, the daughter of rich media moguls trained in archery and fencing who had already started fighting crime under the Hawkeye name after the Avengers disbanded in the comics.

Obviously, the miniseries can’t exactly align with the comic: The movie version of Clint is not single in Brooklyn; he has a wife and three kids. Still, the trailer nods to many of the comic’s specific moments. Clint finds out that Kate Bishop, a young lady, is trying to use his identity in order to stop crime. But, this time, Kate has chosen the name Ronin instead of Hawkeye. These men seem to be quite beaten up, and they use frozen margarita mixes as ice-packs. They fight guys in track suits driving a truck for the “Ask a Bro” moving company. Clint instructs Kate about which arrows can be safely shot at other vehicles and which ones are more dangerous.

Clint can also be seen in the trailer wearing his hearing aid. This is what Clint does when his body becomes weaker from the fights. We don’t yet know if or how he’ll begin to lose his hearing in the MCU.

Lucky, the Pizza Dog, is adorable

Lucky, the Pizza Dog will be the fan favourite character in the series. This is due to his passion for pizza. Clint saved an abandoned, blind dog from Russian mobster gangsters in comics. There’s even an issue of the comics told entirely from Lucky’s perspective.

The MCU has had very few pets so far, aside from Captain Marvel’s alien cat. There’s not much else to say except that Lucky is the best dog a superhero could ask for, and it’s delightful that he’s decked out in Christmas gear in this trailer.

Kate Bishop has a significant role in Young Avengers

Chuck Zlotnick—Marvel StudiosHailee Sternfeld Hawkeye

The Kate Bishop of Fraction’s comic led a team called the Young Avengers. The MCU seems to be setting up a Young Avengers show or movie: Every project in the MCU’s Phase 4 (post-Thanos) has introduced a member of that potential team.

WandaVision introduced Vision and Wanda’s twin boys, Tommy and Billy. Although they weren’t old enough to become superheroes, Wanda made them go away at the end. We know that they are capable of rapidly aging if they choose. Wanda also studies magic to help her return to her family. The comics show that Tommy and Billy eventually return to their teens and join the Young Avengers. They also adopt the names Speed or Wiccan.

Falcon and Winter SoldierEli Bradley is the grandson of Isaiah Bradley. Like Captain America, Isaiah Bradley was also given supersoldier serum. He was not like Captain America and was sent to prison after rescuing friends from an enemy camp. Eli, who goes by the name Patriot, eventually become a superhero.

Nathasha Romanoff’s little sister, Yelena, made her onscreen debut in Black Widow. Yelena was hinted at in the movie’s after-credits scene Hawkeye and try to hunt down Clint Barton, the man she blames for Natasha’s death. Whether she and Kate Barton become friends or foes, she’s likely to play some role in a new team of young superheroes.

Kid Loki Loki also played a pivotal role in one iternation of the Young Avengers comic, and it’s probable that Loki variant would show up in a Young Avengers show or film.

We still have Young Avengers candidates: Cassie Lang (who we met in Ant-Man movies, aged from a child to teen, while Scott Lang went missing in the blip), eventually adopts the name Stature. The first Ant-Man movie adorably set up that Cassie aspires to be her dad’s sidekick. Now that she’s actually old enough to do so, it’s possible the next Ant-Man the Wasp movie will position her to be a superhero.

Marvel confirms that America Chavez (a.k.a. Ms. America” will debut her filmography in Doctor Strange, the Multiverse of Madness and Doctor Strange. Kamala Khan (known as Miss Marvel) will be the star of her Disney+ television show. Marvels. Riri Williams will also get her own TV series as Ironman’s successor, Iron Heart.

There’s also the possibility that Kate Bishop won’t be a young Avenger but just an Avenger, alongside Yelena. Practically speaking Florence Pugh and Hailee Steinfeld are well-known for their work on projects such as Edge of Seventeen, True GritAnd Dickinson(Steinfeld). Little Women, MidsommarAnd Black Widow (Pugh). If Marvel Studios is looking to hang the burden of the world’s biggest film franchise on two young superstars, Steinfeld and Pugh would be at the top of their list.
