Jerusalem’s magistrate court made the ruling on behalf of a Jewish male who had been banned from praying at that site for 15 days. He was caught by Israeli police quietly praying at it. The court lifted the ban several days early, ruling that the man, “like many others, prays on a daily basis on the Temple Mount.”
