Later on when that individual is struggling to practice gratitude, they can go back to their journal and reread some of the entries they have written before.
2.) Spending time with positive people can also be a great way to enlighten their mindset. Research studies have shown that the more time that an individual spends with positive people, they are more likely to start thinking the same way as they think. If an individual spent a lot of time with people who can be very negative about life or about situations in general, chances are that they will begin to think that way as well.
