Elon Musk’s ‘secret twin babies’ uncovered by media — Analysis

According to reports, the billionaire entrepreneur has now nine children.

According to Insider, court records revealing that Tesla’s chief Elon Musk was twin with an executive from his Neuralink brainchip company last year were obtained from Insider, this happened weeks before the birth his second child with Grimes.

Filed in April, a petition to change the twins’ names indicates they were born last November to the 51-year-old Musk and Shivon Zilis of Neuralink, 36. An Austin judge granted the petition and allowed the children access to his courtroom. “have their father’s last name and contain their mother’s last name as part of their middle name.”

The twins were born just weeks before Musk’s second child with Claire Boucher, who performs as Grimes, was delivered via surrogate.

An economics and philosophy graduate from Yale, Zilis reportedly met Musk through her work at OpenAI, an artificial intelligence research firm founded by the billionaire in 2015, where she serves as the company’s youngest board member. Later, she moved to Tesla as the Autopilot project director. She is currently director of operations at Neuralink where Musk is also co-CEO.

The company joined Neuralink in 2015 and has been conducting trials to test cutting-edge technology, such as Bluetooth-enabled chips that were implanted into monkeys or pigs. This allowed one macaque aged nine years old to play Pong with its brain alone. Musk set loftier goals, but expressed hope that human testing might begin by the end.
