North Korea mulls reviving ‘all temporarily-suspended’ defense activities — Analysis

North Korean officials want to strengthen the defense system and they are looking at restarting “all temporarily-suspended activities,”On Thursday, state media reported the news. Media analysts speculated that this could be a return of tests for nuclear weapons or long-range rockets. However, no further details were provided.

On Wednesday, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un held a meeting of the politburo of the ruling Workers’ Party to discuss important policies, which included possible countermeasures against the US’ “hostile policy and military threat,”As cited by state media.
