Multiple people are in “critical condition” following a lightning strike in Washington, DC
According to Washington DC emergency services, at least four victims sustained serious injuries after a light strike occurred in Lafayette Park near the White House.
“Apparent lightning strike Lafayette Park NW,”The District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department stated in a Twitter that the first responders had been dispatched. “on scene in the process of treating and transporting 4 patients, all in critical condition.”
