Is Pollack Behind Homosexual
Speaker at Belmont Hill School?

January 2001

The headmaster of the Belmont Hill School, Richard I. Melvoin, was given special thanks by Dr. Pollack in the “Acknowledgments” to his book.

Pollack wrote, “I must especially thank Dr. Rick Melvoin at the Belmont Hill School, who with his staff (especially Connie MacGillivary) opened many doors in helping my recent research project come to fruition.”

Therefore, when it was announced that the Executive Director of GLSEN, Kevin Jennings, would be teaching the faculty of the school on December 7 and talking to the students on December 8, it seemed to be more than coincidental, considering Pollack’s view on homosexuality. One must wonder what influence Pollack had in that decision.

A questionnaire, called a “school climate survey,” was also required of students for Jennings’ use.

GLSEN is the organization which sponsored Fistgate and instigated the suit against the parents who revealed what happened there.

A fundraising party for GLSEN was held at the Sheraton Hotel in Braintree from November 17-19 to raise money to sue the parents who taped the Fistgate conference. It is estimated that the two parents who have been sued will have to pay about $200,000 in legal fees to defend themselves from the illegal suit. Events were also held at the Randolph Country Club.

Attendees came from across the country to attend the fundraiser/party. The event was sponsored by a group which raises money for homosexual organizations, the Royal Commonwealth Society. The main event was a ball in the Grand Ballroom of the hotel on Saturday evening titled, “Adornment V, The Oldest Profession Meets the New Millenium: A Return to the Chicken Ranch.” In the lexicon of the homosexual community, a young boy is known as a chicken.
