Wellesley College Has Been Taken
Over by Radical Feminists Who Dislike Men --- They Are Trying to Change
Our Boys before They Become Men
Wellesley
College refused to respond
after Sarah
Pawlick contacted it in 1995 about an article in her alumnae
magazine which had many lies and falsely attacked men as a group.
Sarah, who is the wife of our founder, Attorney J. Edward
Pawlick, had to wonder.
Didn't anyone care
that transparent lies were told by the alumnae magazine in its “Winter 1995” issue? Was this the same college she had known
in the 1950s?
Didn't Learn Answers Until Five Years Later
Mrs. Pawlick didn’t learn the answers to her questions until
five years later. Indeed, the buildings were, and still are, there
on the beautiful campus at Wellesley, Massachusetts, including Freeman
Hall, her home for four years, and the soaring Gothic tower of Green
Hall, which is still seen for miles around. However, the physical
features haven’t changed, but it isn’t the same school that she had
attended.
The reason those in charge couldn’t answer Sarah Pawlick in
1995 when she sent her inquiry, was because
it was too late to change the new direction they had chosen fourteen
years earlier, in 1981.
Wellesley had been
co-opted in 1981 by radical feminists who had used this venerable
institution all those years, with the support of the state and federal
goverments, as a tool for their POLITICAL purposes --- i.e.
to falsely attack men and boys and seek to change them into what the
feminists believed a human male should be.
This explains why those in charge at the College in 1995
simply ignored Mrs. Pawlick’s unexpected disclosure of their plans
and hoped that she would quietly go away. After all, they had no other
choice. They were afraid to even acknowledge her inquiry because they
knew it was true and totally accurate. It was impossible to even acknowledge
it without divulging their plans.
Plot of Feminists Finally Proven in 2000
The plot of what the radical feminists were doing in the administrative
offices at Wellesley College
was not documented until 2000, nineteen-years after the extremists
seized control.
It was told in the book: “The
War Against Boys, How Misguided Feminism Is Harming Our
Young Men” by Christina Hoff Sommers, a Professor
at Clark University in Worcester.
Dr. Sommers had left Clark University, written the book and moved
to the
American Enterprise Institute in
Washington D.C. in order to warn the nation about these radical women.
She was married with two children and lived in the Maryland suburb
of Chevy Chase after moving to work with the Institute, where she
remains today.
Prof. Sommers’ book immediately became a best-seller, but
she had great difficulty in reaching citizens in her home state because
the owner of the Boston Globe, a subsidiary of the New York Times,
Arthur O. Sulzberger, Jr. (Pinch), saw to it that as little as possible
was written about her. Sulzberger describes himself as a "feminist".
He liked what he saw occurring.
The only newspaper that the Times could not dominate and control
in this state was MassNews. We were founded in 1998 as an Internet
newspaper but were forced to begin monthly, print editions almost
immediately, in July 1999, in order to compete with the power of the
Globe and the Times.
When Dr. Sommers’ book was published in November 2000, MassNews
was in its second year of monthly print newspapers. We mailed 250,000
complimentary copies across the state, which was more than one-half
the number of newspapers printed by the Globe. The recipients of MassNews
were changed each month.
Shocked Massachusetts to Its Roots
When the print edition of MassNews was
delivered across the state in 2000 with its revelations about what
was happening in the public schools of the state, the parents were
startled by our articles, such as this:
“The most illustrious colleges of Massachusetts
are scheming to change the basic nature of boys in public schools
across the country, according to a new book by a respected female
professor.
“[The professor] quotes a professor at
Tufts: ‘We've deconstructed the old version
of manhood, but we've not [yet] constructed a new version.’
“It was reported in the early 1990s by
faculty members at Wellesley College and
Harvard's School of Education that the schools were ‘shortchanging
girls.’ As a result, Congress passed a new law, the ‘Gender Equity
in Education Act,’ which categorized girls as an ‘under-served population,’
on a par with other discriminated-against minorities.
“Those two colleges have now been joined
by Tufts and Harvard Medical School in their new endeavor to ‘reconstruct’
boys in public schools across the country. They are also getting the
help of the Federal Government.”
MassNews also reported: “A war against
boys is occurring in the public schools of America
with its origins in the most famous colleges of Massachusetts,
says a respected, former professor at Clark University in Worcester.
"’Most parents have no idea what
their children are facing in the public schools,’ says Prof. Christina
Hoff Sommers in a nationally acclaimed book, ‘The War Against Boys,
How Misguided Feminism Is Harming Our Young Men’.
“According to her, the schools that are
painting a false picture of boys and girls are Wellesley, Tufts, the
Graduate School of Education at Harvard and the psychiatric department
at Harvard Medical School.
“The research that is being used by professors
at these institutions to support the spurious claims that boys are
favored and are causing serious problems is ‘riddled with errors,’
she says. She has discovered it is totally unsupported in its alarmist,
hysterical claims. ‘Almost none of it has been published in professional
peer-reviewed journals. Some of the data are mysteriously missing.
Yet the false picture remains and is dutifully passed along...’"
Our story was written under the following headline:
“Massachusetts
Colleges Build 'New Version' of 'A Boy', What
Are the Public Schools Doing to Your Son?”
Part of National Organization for Women (NOW)
The women who were involved in this take-over of Wellesley
College in 1981 were part of radical feminists from NOW, established
by Betty Friedan
after she wrote her famous book in 1963, “The Feminine
Mystique.” It changed the women’s movement in the United
States forever.
But Friedan quickly lost control of NOW four years after its
founding in 1965 because she
refused to support lesbianism. As a result, Friedan became known as the Grandmother
of the movement and the youthful, attractive Gloria Steinem, who supported
lesbianism, took charge.
The feminists who took over Wellesley
in 1981 were part of the movement originally started by Betty Friedan
in the sixties.
Editors Note
This is one
of the most important stories we have ever written.
We could write a series of books about how our state and federal bureaucracies
have spent, and still are, spending millions of dollars every year
to help “women.”
But the vast majority of
those women who are being “helped” no longer want anything
to do with the radicals at Wellesley College and NOW, or their crazy
ideas about the wonders of lesbianism and gay marriage.
Nevertheless, they continue
to get millions of dollars every year from this source of federal
and state money. Just Wellesley College and its Centers for Women
manage to get over $7 million every year. And that is only one source
of the government money.
This is happening even though
NOW has been thoroughly discredited in this state and gay activists
do not want them around when gay marriage is being discussed. They
have been forced into the background.
Although our archives are
full of stories written by our founder, Attorney J. Edward Pawlick
with very little staff, he never fully realized the full impact of
what he was facing because the billions of the New York Times and
Pinch Sulzberger kept him fully occupied protecting his wife from
libel.
We hope this wrap-up will
educate us all to the terrible consequences of this blot on our society
which still continues year-after-year.
