FBI
Affidavit Against Corrupt Boston Police Department Involves Entire Democratic
Party, Including Speaker Sal DiMasi and Senate Leader Travaglini
Is This Where the Money Comes from that’s
Flooded the State House with Cash and Had Democrats Voting for Gay Marriage
Since 2002?
Is Mayor Tom Menino a bumbling racist who’s created the false
belief that many in Boston’s police department are hoodlum/monsters
and members of the Mafia?
There is no question
that the Mayor is bumbling. It’s become so bad that Howie Carr refers
to the Mayor as “Mumbles Menino.” All the questions about Menino have
surfaced in the new FBI affidavit. There are so many important levels.
Why did Menino
insert into the very beginning of his official biography that he is
“the first Italian-American Mayor of Boston?”
Who cares whether the
Mayor is Italian? Or Polish, Irish, black or Spanish? Only a racist
would care. It may explain why many of the newest members of the police
department are Italian.
But the three police
officers listed as the ringleaders of the current scandal in the FBI
affidavit on July 20, 2006 are not Italian although their names may
cause some to believe they are. The ringleader, Roberto Pulido, is listed
in FBI records as black. The other two, Carlos Pizarro and Nelson Carrasquillo,
are listed as Spanish.
It’s interesting that
the owner of the New York Times and the Boston Globe, Pinch Sulzberger,
has tried to keep a lid on this story. The Mayor is a prominent part
of Sulzberger’s extreme radical/liberal team which is now getting the
Times into serious problems at the national level where some are even
demanding that its Editor be indicted.
What is very important
is that the FBI Affidavit says that in addition to the three officers
named, they now have “extensive information” about “illegal conduct
of other Boston police officers” and “other public officials.”
Who
Are the Other Public Officials?
Many are waiting
for the FBI to tell the names of the “other public officials” who
were named by Pulido, Pizarro and Carrasquillo. The FBI must know
who they are or they would not have mentioned that they existed.
The scandal became
known to Mayor Menino in November 2003 when Officer Pulido came onto
the radar screen of the FBI as the member of an East Coast theft ring.
The
federal agents immediately notified Boston authorities
who have since been scrambling for cover. If nothing else,
they had notice all the way back to 1999 that the officers were using
narcotics. It did not look good that the Police Commissioner Kathleen
O’Toole left on July 1, 2006, in order to take a job in Ireland. If
she does not want snooping reporters around, that looks like a good
distance to just get away.
The Acting Commissioner
since July 1, Albert Goslin, who rose through the ranks has tried
to keep the morale up, telling the officers, according to the Globe,
“I firmly believe that 99% of the officers do their job faithfully
with integrity and professionalism.”
Was
this the Money that Reached the Democratic Legislature in 2002?
Many of the honest
Democrats legislators were almost frantic in 2002 when they saw mountains
of cash floating around the State House. They reported their concerns
to Massachusetts Citizens for Marriage and to MassNews. We reported
their concern, but of course, the New York Times and its Boston Globe
controlled the media in Massachusetts.
According to the
FBI, Officer Pulido provided uniformed police protection for monthly
“parties,” usually about 100 people, for the illegal sale of alcohol
and narcotics, nude dancers and prostitutes.
Much of the FBI Affidavit
sounds as though it came directly from the movie: “The Godfather,”
particularly the part about punishing anyone who got in the way of
these Boston policemen. When
Officer Pulido was being hassled by another unnamed criminal, Pulido
told the man, according to the FBI Affidavit: “. .
if [your] dog is out and he tries to attack us, half of the
dog is gonna be hung on the front door...Don’t let it go personal.
If you want to make it personal, after the dog it will be your wife,
then it’ll be your mother, then it’ll be your brother, and it’ll be
your unborn child.”
