Travaglini
and DiMasi Were Stupid Yesterday When They Committed Political Suicide
for Themselves and the Democratic Party;
This Will
Be a Huge Issue at the Upcoming Election;
They Violate the Constitution
Every Day By Failing to Vote on Emile Goguen’s Resolution to Remove
Judges Marshall, Greaney, Ireland and Cowin;
We’re
Printing a List of the 100 Legislators Who Voted to Recess
Yesterday.
The Immediate Response for State Residents
There’s an immediate
answer, say many observers, for state residents who do not favor having
the state give its blessing to gay marriage, particularly when it
is not desired by most male homosexuals.
The citizens should
demand an immediate vote
for the removal of the four judges who illegally imposed gay marriage
on the state back in 2003. If Margaret Marshall and the three judges
who voted with her are removed from the Supreme
Judicial Court, that will send a huge message
across the state and the country, say the observers.
A vote on
Emile Goguen’s Indictment of the three cannot be delayed in either
the House or the Senate. The legislature cannot send that Indictment
to a Committee because it is an important part of the state Constitution
written by John Adams in 1780, some 18 years before the federal Constitution
was written. It is obvious that every legislator is required to vote
on the measure. The legislature cannot thwart that requirement.
Rep. Goguen
is excited because everyone agrees that his Resolution will pass when
it gets to the floor and it will be difficult for Sal DiMasi to not
allow a vote. Rep. Goguen is disappointed, but not surprised, that
DiMasi has lied to him about the matter.
Goguen also says
it will help now that Cardinal O’Malley has become personally involved
in helping to protect traditional marriage. He says the Cardinal has
indicated that that includes taking a vote on Goguen’s Resolution.
Inasmuch as 80% of the legislature is nominally Catholic, that will
certainly be a benefit, he indicates.
The 100 Legislators Who Must
be Purged
We are printing a list of the 100
legislators who must be purged in this year’s elections because they voted to recess
yesterday.
Every political scientist
in the nation, including some liberals in Massachusetts,
agree that in order for democracy to work,
there must be two strong parties in an area. This state is the only
one that does not. It has taken that honor away from Mississippi which
used to be known as the most corrupt. This now allows the citizens
to scrutinize the list of 100 and decide who can be eliminated in
the coming election.
