Snow
is There, But the Press Isn't
If everything went according
to schedule, Tony Snow moved into the office of Scott McClellan, while
McClellan spent two nights in Florida with the President.
The Washington Press Corp
is in tow behind the President, with McClellan still fielding questions,
although Snow officially is the President's Press Secretary. Members
of the press were certainly a little dissappointed that Monday's press
conference yielded nothing more than a short introduction from Snow,
and the current arrangement is probably considered just as bizzare.
According to insiders,
after the President returns from Florida, Snow is expected to take
center stage from McClellan. His first "solo" press conference
is scheduled for Monday.
