Sen. Harry Reid Has Been Living Off Taxpayers His Entire Life
            We first heard of the Democratic spokesman, Sen. Harry Reid, last year when he was chosen to respond to the President’s “State of the Union” address.
            When we checked him out, we found it hard to believe and wrote the following story about this “friendly” actor. It applies even more since Reid has also assumed Nancy Pelosi’s job.

Democratic Response to Bush Brilliantly Played by Nevada’s Friendly, Old Senator Reid  --- Who Has Never Had Any Job in Private Sector

       The Democratic response to President Bush was brilliantly played on Wednesday evening by Nevada’s friendly, old Senator Harry Reid  --- who has never had a job in the private sector, even as a child. Read biography at his website. 
        The 65-year-old Senator is a nice, sincere  person who immediately struck a chord of friendship with the entire TV audience as he does with everyone in Washington and Nevada.
         That’s why he was chosen as lead spokesperson for the entire Democratic Party in contrast to the acerbic, leftist leader of  the Democrats, Nancy Pelosi who immediately followed Reid with what CNN headlined: “Pelosi Questions Bush’s Competence.”
          The President is “incompetent”? That’s the message from Democrats to the nation as most of our country seeks to unify itself --- and the Iraqi people --- over the tough issues we surely face ahead. But the Democrats are intent only on destroying the President.
          There is no difference in the message sent by Reid and Pelosi, only the style is different: Both repeat the tired, meaningless mantra: “Jobs, Education and Health Care.” We’ve heard that for years, as though someone is not for “jobs, education and health care.” Besides, what the Dems don’t tell us is what they mean by that mantra. When they do it is always more warmed over socialism from the far-left Nancy Pelosi. What does it mean?  “Jobs, education, health care. . . . Jobs education, health care. . . . Jobs, education, health care.. . .  Jobs, education, health care . . .
       The truth about Harry Reid is that he has never held a job in the private sector --- never. As a “young child, he would sometimes accompany his father into the mines out in the middle of nowhere, where practically no one would choose to live, including Harry Reid. So why did his father stay there? No one knows.
       Harry was befriended by businessmen in Henderson where he went to high school and then sent to an unnamed college in Utah, from whence he traveled to George Washington Law School in Washington D.C. Even there he had a “plum” job in the U.S. Capitol, which he labels only as a “U.S. Capitol police officer.” The truth is that only those with connections got that job which is sought by all students. After graduating from law school he immediately returned as City Attorney for Henderson, got immediately into politics and state rep, becoming the youngest Lt. Gov. in history at age 30.
Truth About Nancy Pelosi
Nancy Pelosi believes the mantra of Senators Kennedy and Kerry (which we have reported here) that the real danger to Iraq is American soldiers, which almost no one in the country believes except for a few like Pelosi (and Harry Reid???).

Nevertheless, Pelosi dedicated her message on Wednesday to defending herself by saying that her main intent is only to protect American soldiers.

The Democratic Party of Sen. Kerry, Nancy Pelosi --- and Harry Reid --- is so out-of-touch with reality that it will have an almost impossible task of recovering despite the earnest efforts of the liberal press like Dan Rather and CBS, Pinch Sulzberger and the New York Times, and the losers at CNN, all of whom are totally discredited with the country now watching Fox News, the Internet, MassNews (with a growing readership well over 100,000) and others replace our discredited leaders.
