last week, we broke the news about State Treasurer Tim Cahill taking
tens of thousands of dollars from out-of-state gambling companies
in return for contracts for new gambling programs in the Bay State.
We have yet to hear a word from the Boston Globe on the subject, despite
the fact that we published the actual donations and names of the individuals

amount of money Cahill has been receiving from Scientific Games Inc.
of Atlanta and the scandal ridden G-Tech over the past two years is
substantial. SGI is one of the largest out-of-state contributors to
any candidate in Massachusetts. Could there be any connection to that,
and the fact that Cahill has awarded SGI tens of millions in contracts
over the last few years?
