Hundreds Expected to Crowd Beacon Hill Today; Will Ignore Easiest Method of Stopping “Marriage” of Homosexuals
Hundreds of citizens will be jamming Beacon Hill today to debate a proposed Amendment to stop homosexual “marriages” from taking place in the Commonwealth.
But the Resolution of Rep. Emile Goguen to remove the four SJC judges who illegally imposed homosexual marriage will not be discussed today even though it will be voted on in the state Legislature before the end of the year.
“This shows the tremendous power of Pinch Sulzberger and his New York Times/Boston Globe conglomerate,” said J. Edward Pawlick, attorney for Massachusetts Citizens for Marriage, the organization which got 130,000 signatures for such an Amendment in 2001, only to see the politicians refuse to take a vote on sending the measure to the voters.
“The SJC wrote in Dec. 2002 that such a vote was required but the Globe wrote just the opposite, and everyone believed the Globe,” says Atty. Pawlick, the lawyer who brought the case to the SJC.
“But it’s different now. As a result of our efforts, many people across the entire nation understand that the New York Times/Boston Globe complex under Pinch Sulzberger is not to be trusted. Even Bernie Goldberg is carrying that message across the nation with his bestselling books.
Rep. Goguen (D-Fitchburg) is expecting that the four judges, Margaret Marshall, John Greaney, Roderick Ireland and Judith Cowin will resign before a vote is taken in an attempt to preserve their pension benefits, which will be over $1 million each. If they do not do so, their entire pension will be jeopardized, says Atty. Pawlick.
Rep. Goguen has always told Judge Marshall that he is not seeking to punish her, only to remove the 4-judge opinion which illegally imposed such “marriage” on this state. However, she has become very unpopular among Democrats across the country as she has been blamed for the defeat of John Kerry.
The most angry comments come from the three judges who disagree strenuously with her opinion.
Atty. Pawlick is now selling his book, “Libel by New York Times” across the nation in order to build awareness of the many illegal happenings in Massachusetts, largely because of the power of Pinch Sulzberger.
Pawlick wishes good luck to the hundreds of citizens who will jam the State House today.
