puts anti-marriage reps in leadership positions. 2. Homosexual
activists to celebrate their hold on Legislature with big event at State
House this Thursday…(Let’s

down New York’s ban on same-sex marriage – NYC appealing ruling.
[Associated Press–Feb. 5]
Activist judges are at it again, out of control and determined
to force their radical will on the people.
This is why we keep saying: stopping it HERE will send a message
across the country! Click
here to read the article. === 1. House Speaker DiMasi shuffles posts –
puts anti-marriage reps in leadership positions. === Well, the other shoe has dropped,
as they say. The House Speaker has announced his “leadership
team” of committee chairmen, etc., and, well, it ain’t pretty. But given DiMasi’s sleazy behavior last
year toward the pro-family movement, and his extreme pro-homosexual public
pronouncements, this isn’t much of a surprise. His new leadership team is like a
who’s who of the anti-family establishment: Robert DeLeo, Marie St. Fleur,
Byron Rushing, Cheryl Rivera, Michael Festa, Ruth Balser, Jay Kaufman,
Frank Smizik, James Marzilli – several of whom had offices in the basement
during the Finneran era. Here are the various news reports
on this: Boston
Globe: DiMasi bends House to left Boston
Herald: Speaker lifts loyalists, ousts opponents Associated
Press: Liberal lawmakers coming in from the cold in Massachusetts House Note from Article 8 Alliance: Do NOT let any of this dampen your
spirits. We had expected
this all along. These people
were going to be obstacles anyway.
And we’ll still get past them.
Moreover, we’re tired of people who anguish over what they think
is “politically possible”. We
the people will decide what’s possible, not a bunch of self-serving politicians. (It’s happened before, many times, and
it will happen again.) === 2. Homosexual activists to celebrate their
hold on Legislature with big event at State House this Thursday…(Let’s
be there!) === As you can imagine, the homosexual
movement in Massachusetts thinks it’s on top of the world these days. Their sense is that they pretty much “own”
the State Legislature, with DiMasi and Travaglini (both thoroughly sold
out to the gays) running things. And as usual, their urge is to publicly brag
about it and “celebrate”. So
their latest media event is right at the State House, this Thursday at
noon – to rub it in, so to speak.
Here’s the announcement they’ve been sending around: Religious Coalition for
the Freedom Marry 7th Anniversary Celebration
and Awards Presentation Thursday, February 10th Noon – 1:00 PM Great Hall, State House,
Boston Event is free and open
to the public, but space is limited RSVP to info@rcfm.org
or (617) 878-2360 Note: “Open to the public.” It would certainly be interesting to see
who gets their awards. They’re
certainly acting like they run the place . . . but things can change,
can’t they? We need people
to join us there – give us a call if you can make it! === 3. Gay movement organizes at regional meeting
Littleton – targets Rep. Pat Walrath & others. === It was one of the main action items of the
“Acton Equality” meeting, held at a Unitarian church in Littleton on Saturday,
January 29. The homosexual
movement in the area northwest of Boston has decided to target Rep. Pat
Walrath (D-Stow) and others they think are vulnerable with various forms
of pressure, persuasion, and harassment to get them to support the homosexual
agenda in the State House. Organized by former Acton School Committee
member Jesse Liberty (who changed his name from Jesse Levine) the activists
running the meeting concluded that Walrath’s Catholic upbringing “seems
to be her stumbling block”. Since
she’s elderly (around age 70, they said) they’ve decided she can be pressured
by gay supporters in the district to disown her religious faith and come
around. In Walrath’s case, this is rather
curious. Last May, Rep. Walrath
told one of her Article 8 constituents that she was against gay marriage
but supported civil unions. Thus,
she did not vote with the gays on the constitutional amendment. But she’s also listed by Planned Parenthood
as “pro-choice” and voted for the buffer zone to keep protesters away
from abortion clinics. So
her Catholicism wouldn’t seem to that much of a stumbling block to us. Nevertheless, the gay activists seem
to have mapped out a strategy for going after state legislators who they
think they can handle. We’ll
have a full report next time. Think the homosexuals aren’t serious
about changing your laws and bullying the legislature? They’re moving state-wide. Over the next few weeks, according to
their recent emails, the gays have scheduled: Wednesday, February 9th MassEquality Community

. . to fight back. === It’s up to us. We are the only Massachusetts group organizing
to fight back, and take back our government. Our
position is clear: The homosexual movement is “a mile wide and an inch
thick”. They can be stopped.
They may have loads of money and media support but WE have the
people. . . if we can properly mobilize them.
If we can do that, they are a house of cards.
But if we don’t, to be blunt, they will turn into storm troopers. We’re working with volunteers in every
one of the 200 House and Senate districts. We have the Bill of Address, the two other
pro-marriage bills, and the Parents' Rights Bill in the Massachusetts
Legislature ready to go. We
have sponsors, co-sponsors, and bi-partisan support. BUT WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT! “MassEquality”, is bragging on their
website www.massequality.org
that two of their wealthy supporters have pledged $200,000 in matching
grants. The “Massachusetts
Gay & Lesbian Political Caucus” claims in their latest email that
they have a $100,000 matching grant pledged to them.
Let’s do the math. That
represents $600,000 – to be used to take away your rights and replace
them with a horrific agenda. And
that's just the beginning. We’ve set a short-term goal. We want to raise $50,000 as soon as possible. We proved in the past elections (where
we stopped them almost completely!) that we can be much more efficient
with money than they are. But
we can’t exist, and carry on the fight, on nothing at all. We need to pay our staff, printing &
mailing, office costs, and a hundred other things. In a very real sense, this is a culture
war. Unlike the gays, we
don’t have lavish matching grants.
It’s all up to individuals.
How important is this fight to you?

are the tools we'll need to take back our government. We've
got a LOT more support in the Legislature than before, and it's growing. It's up to us to roll up our sleeves and
get it done. AS WE’VE
BEEN SAYING ALL ALONG – IT’S UP TO THE PEOPLE NOW!
