Four SJC Judges Who Imposed “Gay Marriage” Refuse to
Resign --- Even Though Liberals and Conservatives Are United in Common
Desire that Resignations Take Place Now
By MassNews Staff
James Dobson, the conservative leader from Focus on the Family, is working
together with the “libertarian/libertine” Jay Severin, the most popular
talkshow host in Massachusetts, to remove “gay marriage” immediately from
across the nation --- although nobody will agree with that fact, particularly
either of the parties.
It will be easier for followers of Dobson
if they recall the recent change by him in which he embraced the belief
of all the traditional marriage organizations (known as the Arlington
Group) that any federal Marriage Amendment should not permit civil unions
to be included. Apparently, he also agreed that the Amendment which he
promoted in California in 2000 should not have allowed civil unions there.
In addition, liberal leaders believe, correctly, that those four judges
were responsible for the destruction of John Kerry’s election and must
be removed because they will destroy the National Democratic Party if
allowed to remain.
The national liberals
are working with both Dobson and Severin, although they would emphatically
deny it.
Meanwhile, the
liberals in Massachusetts (who disagree with their national leaders) are
uniting behind Cheryl Jacques, the former state Senator, who was fired
this month as the head of the largest homosexual organization in the country
because of her passionate support of the four judges and “gay marriage.”
This is all occurring because of the genius of Brian Camenker, an Orthodox
Jew, who immediately and publicly
disagreed with Dobson who suddenly appeared in Massachusetts last year
with much fanfare and money.
Camenker’s thought was: “Every time a rogue
activist court gets in power, the people should not have to amend the
constitution It would lead to
anarchy. The real answer is that we need control of our own government.”
Why not, mused Camenker, use the Removal
process of judges which was put into the state Constitution by John Adams
when he wrote the Constitution in 1780.
So Camenker founded the Article
8 Alliance even though he was just emerging from bankruptcy as a result
of his full-time, nine-year fight against what was being taught to his
two children in the public schools of the state. He had to watch and wait
while James Dobson and his tens of millions of dollars dominated Camenker’s
home state until finally leaving last spring.
None of this would be happening without the bedrock Catholic legislator,
Emile Goguen (D-Fitchburg) giving his wholehearted support for Camenker’s
idea even though Goguen has never known or worked with Camenker. Without
Rep. Goguen, Camenker’s plan would be totally dead because he needs a
legislator who will introduce a Resolution and then work zealously for
its passage.
But Goguen is disturbed
and puzzled by two events:
--- Although everyone
literally loves and hugs this 71-year-old in his hometown of Fitchburg
(a declining industrial city in the central part of the state), including
all in the Catholic Church, Goguen is totally snubbed by the Church’s
hierarchy in the exclusive suburbs of Boston --- including Archbishop
O’Malley, who replaced Cardinal Law when he was removed after the charges
were brought against the Church because of homosexual abuse of boys by
some priests.
--- The Speaker of
the House and a longtime friend of Goguen’s, Tom Finneran, was obviously,
and illegally, destroying Emile’s Resolution to remove the
four judges. Emile had great difficulty believing this at first but slowly
admitted it to himself as the months went by.
The cast of characters in this true-life drama is complete with the names
of Sally Pawlick and her husband, Attorney Ed Pawlick.
Sally founded Mass.
Citizens for Marriage in 2000 in order to stop Vermont from exporting
civil unions/and/or “gay marriage” to Massachusetts, although she had
to be honest and agree that it was Mass. which had first sent the virus
to Vermont in close cooperation with the owner of the New York Times and
Boston Globe conglomerate, Pinch Sulzberger (although she knew nothing
about Pinch at the time).
Sally understands that they must seize the
moment because every month that a vote is delayed is a problem. In Vermont,
they gained 18-seats in the legislature after
civil unions was passed in 2000, but they lost them all in the
2004 elections because of fatigue and a lack of leadership. She knows
from experience that the liberals are counting on people like Ed and Brian
getting old and tired. Therefore, she must be aggressive and move immediately.
Atty. Ed Pawlick was the distinguished founder/owner
of Lawyers Weekly from 1972-1997, the well-respected bible of lawyers
in Massachusetts and six other states plus a national edition, until he
sold the business to his daughter in 1997 and began Massachusetts News
as a poor, but viable, conservative alternative to Sulzberger’s Boston
Globe. After Sulzberger had the Globe libel Sally sixteen times from 2001-2002
and then coerced the legislature to violate the law of the state Constitution
on July 17, 2002 and refuse to send the measure to the people, Pawlick
was forced to work fulltime with Sally on Mass. Citizens, putting others
in charge at MassNews.
The Pawlicks believe that battle has now
been won unless the people have no desire to do so. They are ready to
move on to a new life which will not require 18-hour days, seven days
a week for Ed. But first Ed plans to spend fulltime promoting his new
book, Libel by New York Times,
in order to get rid of Pinch Sulzberger and replace him with another family
member who will restore the original dream of Pinch’s great grandfather,
Adolph Ochs, who created an American treasure, a newspaper which fairly
and accurately presented all sides of a story. That treasure was destroyed
in the early 1930s when worry and ill health made it impossible for Ochs
to go the office and was then totally destroyed in 1935 at his death when
the paper passed to his only child, Iphigene, a radical liberal who had
married a Sulzberger who shared her views.
Sally dreams of spending much more time
with her three children and five grandchildren and Ed’s four children
and nine grandchildren. She dislikes losing more time at this age with
those fourteen grandchildren, all of whom are seven years or younger.
When you add 5 sons- and daughters-in-law, this is a total of twenty-six
people for Sally to get to know much better.
Publisher’s Note: We will continue to publish
news about this epoch event of our lifetime as we also move to restore
Ed Pawlick’s dream of an alternative to the biased and prejudiced
newspaper of Pinch Sulzberger, a spoiled, rich brat of the 1960s. Which
is through no fault of his own, Pinch was raised without the full attention
of a mother or father. He is bitter and resentful, without ever understanding
the lives of normal citizens. He is attacking his family in the manner
which he believes will hurt the most, their homophobia, while forcing
homosexual “marriage” upon the nation.
We will pray and work to prevent
Pinch’s plan from succeeding and wish the Pawlicks continued success
in stripping away the curtain at the Times, behind which stands the Sulzberger
family.
We also hope that the Creator
will open Pinch’s eyes to understand what it is he is doing.
