Brian Camenker to meet with Massachusetts Senate President Robert Travaglini Today
January 27, 2004

Brian Camenker will meet with Senate President Robert Travaglini at his office in the State House today, Jan. 27. The meeting was initiated by Sen. Travaglini.

Camenker, President of Parents Rights Coalition, plans to ask about several issues:

-- Will the Constitutional Convention vote on the Marriage Amendment take place on Feb 11, or be delayed?

-- Does the Legislature intend to follow the Court's implied instruction to change our laws to accommodate homosexual marriages?

-- Why are “civil unions” suddenly so popular among legislators – even though such a thing was considered a fringe position even a year ago?

-- How powerful is the homosexual lobby in the State House right now?

Camenker is also concerned that homosexual activists have descended upon Massachusetts public schools putting on assemblies and programs on how wonderful gay marriage is, since the November 18 Supreme Judicial Court decision on gay marriage,

He says these are blatant propaganda sessions, giving children misrepresentations of the facts and outright lies. He says they continue the drive to normalize homosexuality in children's minds without parents' interference.
