NEWS ITEM: Transgender health tops Fenway Community Health Center agenda [Bay Windows (Boston homosexual newspaper)–Oct 14] Heavily subsidized by taxpayer money, the Fenway Community Health Center at the forefront of the kinds of health issues we'll be seeing in the future. The bizarre now becomes considered normal. As the first paragraph of the article states:
The Fenway Community Health Center recently announced two new initiatives, one targeted at HIV prevention and another aimed at expanding services for Boston's transgender community. The former is a study of microbicides, HIV-killing compounds that could be included in lubricant to prevent HIV transmission during anal sex. The latter is the Fenway's new Transgender Health Program, which provides medical and mental health care to transgender clients as well as conducting outreach and education to other health providers about trans-related health issues
=== 1. Homosexuals rallying for fellow radical Carl Sciortino in rep race. ===
Since we exposed (pardon the pun) the odious background of homosexual activist Carl Sciortino, running for State Representative, who disrupted a Catholic Mass and more shock and outrage have spread across the district (and elsewhere). Today's issue of the leftish Somerville Journal featured a front-page story on how Sciortino is trying to spin the findings of Article 8 Alliance. This really rocked Somerville, from what we hear. People are very upset, to say the least. Carl Sciortino, as radical and militant as he is, is endorsed and supported by EVERY major homosexual political action committee. (See the chart and compare!) They see him as their future. The lawmaker of choice. This will be a BIG fight. Today, the homosexual political group SupportEquality put out an emergency email to gay activists across the state to rally their support and raise even MORE money to get him in the legislature. (Read the email sent to gay activists across the state.) No question about it – the propaganda & spin will flow in Somerville & Medford. But WE'RE willing to meet them head-on! With your support, we will still win!
=== 2. Homosexuals PACs stepping up fight to defeat Rep. Travis & Rep. Gomes. ===
We've been reporting that a main objective of the homosexual movement is to make a powerful statement by using their big money to defeat Massachusetts legislators who dared to oppose them. In the Sept. 15 primary, Article 8 helped turn that tide back. But the push for the general election is even bigger. (See list.) Here's the Oct. 19 email sent to gay activists across Massachusetts – raising money to defeat Rep. Travis and Rep. Gomes. They are putting on lavish fundraisers for their hand-picked opponents of Rep. Philip Travis (who sponsored the Constitutional Amendment) and Rep. Shirley Gomes (who voted for traditional marriage). We are not going to let these two courageous lawmakers down. They stepped forward when we needed them. And we're stepping up to the plate now that they need us. YOU CAN HELP. If you have some time, and can make phone calls to voters from home, or from an office, please let us know! Email back from this message, or contact us through the website.
=== 3. EVENT: Article 8 speaking at Tufts on "Homosexuality and Society" === As we said last time: Into the belly of the beast! But the truth has a power of its own, and we're not afraid to say it. Tufts University, in Medford, is probably the most militantly pro-homosexual college in the Boston area – and that's saying a lot. But having held several "Fistgate" conferences over the years, and having banned their Christian Fellowship Association from campus for not allowing homosexuals in their leadership, Tufts is head and shoulders above everyone else around here. (Though to be fair Smith College, in the western part of Mass., has outstanding credentials in this regard, also.)
Article 8 Alliance has been invited by the Tufts Republican Club to come and speak! (A feisty bunch, these guys!) So . . . mark your calendars! This should be QUITE interesting!!!
DATE: Next Wednesday, Oct. 27
TIME: 8:00 pm
PLACE: Tufts University, Medford. Pearson Hall 104
DIRECTIONS & PARKING: Here are directions & a parking map of the Tufts area..
TOPIC: Homosexuality and Society, featuring Dr. John Diggs, internationally known authority on the health issues regarding the homosexual lifestyle. Also speaking: James Lafferty of Massachusetts Citizens for Marriage / Traditional Values Coalition and Brian Camenker of Article 8 Alliance.
TO BE COVERED:Is there more than one side in the debate over homosexuality and homosexual "marriage"? Are all religious citizens "homophobes"? What are the homosexual health risks and why are they treated as political issues rather than health risks ? Don't miss it!!
=== 4. Fundraising update toward $100,000 goal. ===
We're now over $20,300 toward that $100,000 goal! Your donations right now are REALLY helping us. Every dollar is important. It is being used RIGHT NOW. We know we'll never get the huge funding that the homosexual movement can generate. So we're learning to use money very efficiently and powerfully. You're helping us get to our $100,000 goal. We're here to get the job done. And we won't let you down. This is a fight we must not lose.
AS WE’VE BEEN SAYING ALL ALONG – IT’S UP TO THE PEOPLE NOW! THIS CAN AND WILL BE WON.
