A Blue Cross Funded Hate Group
In yesterday’s article by Jim Lafferty, he wrote about a “Blue Cross funded group” in favor of “gay marriage” called “No Place for Hate” that disrupted their press conference.
Do you have any more details about this group so that I can complain about them to Blue Cross?

John F. Russo

Editor’s Response: Go to “Archives”. Instruct it to “Search For” the following words: a program called, “No Place for Hate.” Then tell it to search for the “Exact Phrase” and click “Search”.
After you discover the name of the organization, you can do many more searches of stories we have written about it.

Editor’s Note: The following letter is printed, mistakes and all, in its entirety, without comment.

Shame on You
Under the guize of twisted ideas you go out of your way to try to harm judges whio have done their job correctly and legally. Just because their OPINIONS are counter to your twisted and homophobic agenda you want them removed.  Well it won't happen.
Trust me that the GAY lobby is a lot stronger than you think we are. We finally won our rights this year and the ammendment that you and other crazies want to enact won't happen. WHY? Because most people believe in equality and fairness. I well remember being almost tricked into signing one of your so called petitions. The person was presenting a "save the wildlife" petition to sign. They then quickly wanted a SECOND form signed that was to "keep those gay people from marrying". When I told them I was a proud out gay man and was appalled at their tactics they tried claimning it was their right even tho it was done in a sort of bait and switch manner. It was not until I threatented to have thair names and pictures published and the stores name also made public that the manager came out and ordered them to leave.
So you call this playing fair? I don't but then again its become a way of life that when people of your ilk can't win fairly they will change the rules to suit their agenda. You can't dispute this. It's FACT!
Why don't you and your group concentrate your efforts on something worthwhile like the deplorable conditions of the homeless, the destitute and others who don't live but merely exist.
Let me assure you again that your ultra radical AGENDA, yes YOU do have an agenda of hate and homophobia, won't prevail. At every turn we are their to let people know the truth about what we are doing and the lies and deceit that you use to force your agenda on the people of the state.  Gay marriage harms NO ONE. You are more concerned about what MAY go on behind closed doors than about the emotional harm you cause. There are many thousands of same sex couples who have been in committed relationships for decades. Look at the divorce rate and the one parenty familes of traditional families.
Wake UP! THINK. Your agenda willl go no where. Now why not ALL of us work for socail justice and other issues that really do matter.

Regards,
Dave Mack, Salem, MA

Editor’s Comment: The truth is we have no hate for anyone, only sadness about the people who get trapped in homosexuality. Most homosexuals understand and agree. As a result, we get very little mail of this type. The homosexuals who know us personally understand.
We are not trying to stop anyone from doing anything. We would like to help those who wish to change.
In addition, we are dedicated to stopping our children from being taught this is an attractive, alternate life style they should try. It is largely the extreme feminists like Justice Margaret Marshall, who dislike all men, who are trying to impose this belief on everyone.
