Globe Columnist Scott Lehigh Agrees with Us on Teenage Sex?
A columnist from the Boston Globe has recently lamented the rampant teenage sex in our culture, epitomizing it by a quote from one girl now twenty.
"My female friends and I have sat around and asked ourselves why we feel our relations with men have been so unfulfilling. We realize that our discontent is somewhat self-inflicted. In high school, we were excited to hook up with people without having to be held down by formal titles like 'boyfriend' and 'girlfriend.' We were ready to express our sexual liberation by showing that we could get sex when and with whom we wanted. Yet in the end, we were left feeling used, because we inevitably got attached and they didn't."
But Lehigh still rejects any notion that he or the Globe are in any way responsible for what he agrees is happening.
But who is Lehigh? The Globe still refuses to provide any information whatsoever about these anonymous people who instruct us from the mountain tops about everything in life, even the sex lives of our children.body |
