| Liberals Are Frightened of Alan Keyes If liberals were not frightened by having Alan Keyes run against the very liberal Barack Obama for the Senate in Illinois, they would just ignore him. But they know he will resonate with most Illinois citizens against the liberal, pro-gay marriage candidate the Democrats have fielded. A long Editorial in Sunday’s Washington Post excoriated Keyes by saying he was chosen only because he is black. They obviously don’t believe that. The liberals will refuse to talk about the issues and will continue to go to personal attacks. They are obviously very concerned. A sample reading of liberal commentators shows they have truly believed, “Obama is a godsend.” What will they do when Keyes defeats their “godsend?” This is the year to do it.
