Why Are Speaker Finneran, Alan Solomont and Other Democratic Leaders Forcing Sex upon the Youth of Massachusetts?
Is Sex the Only Important Thing in Life?
We were startled in 1999 when our poll of 500 voters revealed that 92% of Massachusetts citizens believe teenagers should not be encouraged to be sexually active.
That was right before the Fistgate scandal, which clearly revealed to all that our state government has been teaching the mechanics of all types of sex, including that of homosexuality, to every teenager they could.
So why are Speaker Finneran, Alan Solomont and other leaders of the Democratic Party continuing to force sex upon our youth --- including homosexual sex? Are they smarter than we, or are they stupid? Those leaders were startled in 2002 to discover that the vast majority of citizens do not agree with their love affair with homosexuality. As a result, they lost the Governor’s race to the Republicans.
Most believe those leaders will get a larger awakening this November, when they discover the tremendous anger of the voters in 2004.
The poll we conducted in 1999 was not a survey of the “religious right.” Some 47% of the 500 who were polled said they were liberal. Almost the same number of that group of liberals, 91%, opposed encouraging teenagers to be sexually active.
The vast majority of citizens understand that most children learn they cannot eat ice cream, cake and candy whenever they wish. Most are taught to exercise self control in life. Why not in matters of sex?
Christians Exacerbate the Confusion
One of the problems is that most Christians are helping their opponents confuse the issue. The Chief Justice of our Supreme Judicial Court, Margaret Marshall, and the liberal media love to keep saying that whether “gay marriage” is mandated should not be a “religious” issue. The Christians have been exacerbating the problem by proclaiming that it is a “religious” issue.
Marshall said at the very beginning of her opinion last November that those in opposition to homosexual marriage do so out of “deep-seated religious, moral, and ethical convictions.” The Globe was quick to report the matter as a “religious” issue.
Most Christian groups, both Catholic and Protestant, have been agreeing with this purposeful distortion from the opposition.
However, most religious people of all faiths also believe our bodies (and minds) are a gift from God which we use to explore the earth. But we don’t tell our children not to live on ice cream cones and candy because God will be angry if we do. We tell them such conduct is stupid because it will ruin their bodies.
The practice of homosexuality is also a terrible choice for anyone, religious or not, that even most homosexuals deplore, but feel they are unable to change. It is more destructive to the body than cigarettes or drugs. We don’t hesitate to tell our teenagers the truth about those bad choices. We are not required to build the self-esteem of people who fall prey to those debilitating habits. Why should the bad habit of homosexuality be treated differently, as a religious issue.
Money Is Driving Democratic Leadership
What could be driving Speaker Finneran (who we are told goes to Mass every day) and Alan Solomont (an apparent secularist) other than money?
We do not know where the dollars come from or where they go, but we do know that a lot of it is flowing through the State House. We also know that Democratic Party leaders, both state and national, will jump through hoops in order to get more of it.
The best explanation we have heard is that the mob is turning to legalized prostitution for their future. That is already legal in Nevada and throughout most of the world, including Europe. The mob will become respected businessmen if “sex” becomes just another commodity in the U.S. They understand that the course we are following will lead to that with a breakdown of the family. Children of both sexes would have the right to control their own bodies at age 12 --- and become prostitutes if they wish
Do you have a better answer as to what is driving Finneran and Solomont?
They are not following the will of the people and have violated our Constitution two sessions in a row, in 2002 and again in 2004, despite strenuous opposition from the citizens. What is compelling them?
