Mass. Voters Will Get an Honest Report on their Reps

For the first time in recent history, the voters in Massachusetts will be getting an honest, up-to-date report on every Rep in the state, says Massachusetts Citizens for Marriage.

“There will be no place to hide or squirm as occurred in the ‘Amendment’ farce earlier this year where no one had any idea whether any of the many votes were ‘good’ or ‘bad,’ says Sally Pawlick, President of Mass. Citizens for Marriage.

“We, and the Article 8 Alliance, will be reporting tonight what each Rep is saying. Many don’t want to be tied down. Others are straightforward and honest. We need 80 who will sign a letter to Speaker Finneran requesting a vote. There were about 23 on board at the beginning, another 47 counted as probable, and another 22 who were listed as possible. Only 66 were definitely against it and even some of them will change when they feel the momentum changing. After tonight, this will all be readjusted.

“Everyone is surprised that instead of going away, we are coming back stronger and more determined with more advertisements on radio, airplanes and elsewhere. The more they push back and the more the citizens discover the rot in our government, the stronger we will become.”
