Is Boston Globe Ashamed of Its Reporters; Why Won’t They Disclose Background of Anne Kornblut? When Globe reporter Anne Kornblut wrote about Pres. Bush on Sunday, she cited a “front-page New York Times” story about rumors that Dick Cheney might resign (because of “scandals surrounding his office”). But she didn’t reveal that the Times and the Globe are both owned by Pinch Sulzberger who will do anything to discredit the President. She was, in effect, quoting herself by quoting another Sulzberger publication, but she didn’t bother to reveal that to the reader. Doesn’t Kornblut have any pride in the accuracy of what she writes? We can’t discover any background on her because the Globe apparently has no pride in their staff and doesn’t report anything about them. Who is this mysterious Anne Kornblut, who psychoanalyzes everyone in the world and spoon-feeds us Editorials that masquerade as “news stories?” |
