Democratic Leaders Still Push “Gay Marriage” even though Marshall’s Court Enacted It Illegally; One Last Week for Democrats to Recover; Second Year in a Row That Democrats Violate State Constitution to Enact “Gay Marriage”

John Kerry Would Be Fatally Wounded by Scandal

     The opponents of homosexual “marriage“ will be stepping up their offensive this week.

     “We are not going away unless they take a vote this week,” says Sarah Pawlick. “We are already breaking through the wall-of-silence erected by the Globe, and their sycophants in the media, with airplanes flying banners, saturation radio ads on WBZ and other stations, a special edition of Massachusetts News, demonstrations in the streets and other surprises. As the battle intensifies, the slogan on our airplanes is changing to: END GAY MARRIAGE NOW  REMOVE MARSHALL.”

     Although the opponents of homosexual “marriage” say they have no desire to damage the Democratic Party in the state, the Party leaders appear to be doing that themselves.

     “We have troops fighting in Iraq to give those people a Constitution,” says Pawlick. “Don’t we also deserve a Constitution that is obeyed by Democrats?”

     Pawlick, who is President of Massachusetts Citizens for Marriage, saw their own Marriage Amendment, illegally killed by the Democratic Legislature in 2002. A unanimous ruling by Judge Marshall’s court on December 20, 2002 told the legislature that they had violated the state Constitution in their illegal procedure. This year, Pawlick’s organization is supporting the effort to Remove Judge Marshall and the other three judges who are going along with Marshall’s illegal scheme.

     “The message that the delegates and the national press will hear from many, including us, when they arrive for the Democratic Convention will be about corruption --- unless their Party leaders agree to a vote of all 160 Reps on the House floor this week.

     “John Kerry will be badly damaged because he knew about the illegal vote in 2002 and has never said anything further and he knows about the refusal to vote again this year.

     “The leaders of the Democrats don’t want to allow a vote because they know the House will vote to remove the judges who illegally forced homosexual ‘marriage’ upon this state. But why would the leaders of the state Party want to allow our Supreme Judicial Court to remain dominated by judges who have proven they will glibly break our Constitution at any time, in order to impose their own beliefs upon the state?”

     That is a question that remains unanswered, says Pawlick.
