Justice Marshall Indicted for Fraud; Conspired to Rule for Homosexual Marriage

     Democratic Party Violates Constitution Again; Reps Would Remove Marshall and Three Other Judges if Allowed to Vote

     The judge who wrote the historic ruling on homosexual “marriage” last year conspired in 1999, with the lesbian lawyer who subsequently brought the case in 2001, as to how the judge would rule, according to records from a public meeting attended by 300 homosexual lawyers and others at the Massachusetts Lesbian and Gay Bar Association in 1999.

     The “Removal” of Judge Margaret Marshall and three other judges is sought by Reps. Emile Goguen (D-Fitchburg) and Philip Travis (D-Rehoboth), both of whom have filed a Bill of Address under the state Constitution. It is clear that a majority of the Reps will vote for “Removal,” but the Democratic Party is refusing to allow the required vote to be taken.

     “The leaders of the Democratic Party, both at the state and national level, fail to understand how serious this is for the Party, although the Reps who are out in the field know that the voters are upset and angry like they’ve never seen before,” says Sarah Pawlick, President of Mass Citizens for Marriage.

     “This is exactly what happened in 2002 when the Democrats violated the Constitution and refused to allow a vote on the Protection of Marriage Amendment,” she continued. “This continuing desecration of our sacred Constitution by the Democrats is not about homosexuality. It is about money.”

     This story is not new to our readers. But it is to many others because the NYTimes has ordered its subsidiary, the Boston Globe, to black-out the story. They are the primary lobbyist for “gay marriage” in the country. They chose this state back in 1999 as the place to begin, but we did not really realize what was happening until Marshall acted on Nov. 18, 2003.

     We now have a rare and wonderful opportunity to change all that (thanks to John Adams) and Remove Margaret Marshall and the three judges who went along with her sinister plan.

     You have done a wonderful job in contacting the Legislature and letting them know how you feel.

     Everyone at the State House, and the Supreme Judicial Court, now realizes that this is serious and they are under siege. But they hope to hang in there for one more week when our time expires. They don’t yet realize that if they are successful, they will kill the Democratic Party in Massachusetts.

      We must continue to savor the headlines across the nation and the world when Marshall is removed for fraud.
