Speaker Finneran Conspiring to Kill Goguen’s Resolution? Speaker Finneran and Senate President Travaglini are conspiring to kill the Resolution from Rep. Emile Goguen (D-Fitchburg) to “Remove” one or more of the four judges who are under indictment in the House, according to a reliable aide of a Democratic legislator. However, others believe that the Resolution by Rep. Philip Travis (D-Rehoboth) to remove only Margaret Marshall, will be “allowed” to get to a vote. That doesn’t make sense because the members of the House could vote to remove only Marshall under Goguen’s proposal if they so desire. (But the Travis Resolution would forbid the Reps from voting to remove more than one judge.) Attorney Ed Pawlick says he is disgusted with the total lack of common courtesy that the Democratic leaders show to anyone. He watched yesterday as his 69-year-old wife dressed to walk in the rain outside the State House, just to get a vote. “This is 2002 all over again when the same Democratic Legislature violated the Constitution and refused to vote on the Protection of Marriage Amendment,” said Pawlick. “They may discourage most people, but they grossly underestimate Sally’s determination.” It’s difficult for anyone to believe that Finneran and Travaglini believe they can sweep this corruption under the rug when Marshall’s promises were made in public and were recorded. What would provoke them to want to try? What is pushing Finneran? Some of those in leadership positions in the House tell us their concern about the large cash they see flowing into the Legislature from all over the world. Some hypothesize this cash is the reason the Democrats are so anxious to help promote the homosexual lifestyle. They believe the mob is making so much money from the prostitution racket that is legal in Nevada and most parts of the world that they would like to go worldwide if they can damage the morals of America and lower our age of consent to 12-years so that they can recruit those teenagers, boys and girls, for prostitution. Others are saying we should ask the new Iraq government to send some help to Massachusetts so that we can try to restore our Constitution and our democracy. |
