Radio Ads Call for Resignation of Marshall; Begin Tomorrow on WBZ, WEZE, WROL and WTKK

Hi, I'm Sally Pawlick, President of Mass Citizens for Marriage, updating the Removal of Justice Margaret Marshall, whose court imposed gay marriage. Rep Goguen's called for her resignation. He says her encouragement of lesbian attorney --Mary Bonauto-- to file her lawsuit, and her friendliness with Bonauto after that, caused him to personally caution Marshall.
I also warned last year that she was in trouble, based upon her public statements, as early as 1999, favoring homosexual marriage. How could she say she was impartial? When the marriage case was argued last year, I saw Marshall favoring Bonauto. I quickly filed an Ethics Complaint, warning we were watching.
I'm Attorney Ed Pawlick. While arguing before Marshall's court last year, I warned her in person … If homosexual marriage is imposed upon the state, there is going to be a seismic revolution. She can't deny Rep. Goguen's charges, only hope they go away. We promise they won't.
Tell your legislators to urge Marshall's resignation. We're tired of the stench. Reps 617-722-2000 Senators 617-722-1276 Governor 617-725-4005.

Although Margaret Marshall and her three friends will try to hide from the stench that is rising, the powerful radio voice of WBZ will combine with WEZE, WTTK and WROL to prevent that from happening, says Sally Pawlick, President of Massachusetts for Marriage.
"If they continue to try to hide, we will just raise the volume with more and more outlets," she said. "We understand the wall-of-silence that has been erected by the owner of the New York Times complex, Pinch Sulzberger, but that wall will be broken by the power of the 50,000 watt, clear-channel WBZ, reaching into seven states."
Pawlick says they are discovering more evidence of unethical conduct by Marshall and the three judges who voted with her.
"The Globe was balanced in its coverage of Marshall when she was appointed to the Court in 1996. But when she was named Chief Justice in 1999 and needed to be confirmed by the Governor's Council, it was starkly evident that the Globe was no longer fair. This happened because a Times executive from New York, Richard Gilman, was suddenly made the Publisher in July 1999 and the Taylor family was fired."
Pawlick explains that the Sulberger family bought the Globe in 1993 for $1.1 billion, but Pinch's father, Punch, had promised the Taylor family, who had owned the paper since 1873, that they would stay in charge. But Pinch fired the Taylors in July 1999 and installed Gilman, who had been sent to ensure that Marshall was confirmed as Chief Justice.
"It's clear that Marshall will remain only as long as Pinch believes she is helpful in his plan to spread homosexual 'marriage' across the entire nation," Pawlick says. "If she is a detriment she will be gone. That time is now here as the stench continues to build. It will also not be good for the national Democratic Convention in July, which Pinch enthusiastically supports."
