a last minute gag order signed by a judge in secret
and faxed to Brian Camenker at the request of homosexual
lawyers restrains him "from any action of any

order shall also extend to any and all persons who
presently possess a copy of the tape and attempt to
disclose or use such tape in any forum."
"The judges of our
country are supposed to protect our Constitutional

a poverty lawyer for his entire career before he became
a judge.

three programs for men who are "batterers"
of women, even though he had never been found guilty.

It's obvious that our courts are
operating under the theory that a child does not need
two parents - particularly a father.

DA Gets "Backache"; Newell is Battered
Well prepared to win, Newell's case gets continued
after waiting all day in court with his lawyers and
witnesses. The assistant DA requested the continuance
after a sudden "backache."
This was the same judge
who refused to grant a continuance for Newell in July
in another of the twenty-six false cases filed against
him after a key witness didn't show up. Newell was
forced by the judge to plead to an Admission of Facts
for which he received probation.
This was the seventh time
that Newell has been forced to go to court with his
attorney and his witnesses on this particular charge,
to wait and wait, and then hear that the wife and
the court have decided they will continue the case
until a later date.

Judge in Boston Sends Message to Massachusetts Courts
Husband Sues Policeman for Arrest
Under Restraining Order. No probable cause to arrest

Trial Postponed Again
The father of two was forced to wait from 9 a.m. until
4:40 p.m. in the hallways of Quincy District Court
with his witnesses and attorneys, before Judge Mark
Coven set a new date for October 19th.

Upset After 8th Trip to Court
The witness was fuming that Judge Coven chose to spend
more than half the day on a three-month-old driving-under-the-influence
trial, instead of hearing Newell's 18-month-old charges.
Newell's attorneys felt his case could be handled
in about a half hour.

The District Court in Quincy dragged Ken Newell before
a judge for the second time last month for not paying
child support. However, a quick check with the Department
of Revenue showed that he was not behind in his payments.
It is difficult for anyone to understand why the Probation

the time of a judge or making Newell and his lawyer
drive to Quincy again.

Newell Is Psychologically Coerced by Courts
Ken Newell got the same psychological torture last
month that another father, Harry Stewart, got last
year. Stewart was sentenced to jail for six months
even though he had done nothing wrong. Although Newell
has never been violent to anyone, including his wife
or children, he was forced by the courts to attend
a batterers' program for the past ten months at a
cost to him of over $1000.

analyzes three tapes that he says were edited. Two

A group of fathers has been picketing every Monday
outside the Hall of Justice in Springfield to protest
what they say is "blatant sex discrimination"
against men.

to Decide Fate of Meuse Baby
Judge Manzi has refused to even hear the petition
presented by the father's attorney, Barbara Johnson,
until the father returns the baby to the mother who
is said to be on drugs and abusive to the child. The
mother allegedly absconded to Florida with the infant
last year although custody was in the father under
a ruling of a Massachusetts courts.
