State Courts Are 'Drowning in Confusion'

MassNews has been writing for years about the terrible condition of our state courts in many areas, and now a Commission appointed by Chief Justice Margaret Marshall last August has said the same thing.

Our reporter Ed Oliver talked to Justice Marshall over a year ago about his concern. Whether or not he helped to convince her, we will never know. We will be writing more about this in the future.
