The attorney for the sponsors of
the Protection of Marriage amendment appeared
before the whole Supreme Judicial Court on Dec. 3
to urge the judges to enforce
the state Constitution and see that it is obeyed.

Congressmen and Senators to state legislators about
the Protection of Marriage Amendment violated federal
law, according to Thomas McGee,
a 30-year employee of the federal government.

Remember
the Episcopal priests who were removed from
St. Paul's Anglican Parish in Brockton by their
Bishop in the autumn of 1998? This spring, they
will break ground
for a new building, after years of holding services
on the sidewalk in front of their
old church.

A bill, which is sponsored
by Senator Ted Kennedy and the entire
Massachusetts delegation, would give special
rights to homosexuals across the entire
country.

WWII
Veteran Gets
Purple Heart Again
In the 1960s, Andrew Comita,
Jr.'s home was burglarized and his medals were
stolen. He petitioned the the government at the
time to have his medals replaced. Thanks to the
efforts of Middlesex County Sheriff James V. DiPaola,
Comita has another Purple Heart.
