Manipulated Court Records, Doctored tapes and Coverups in the Court Systems Dear Attorney Pollack, It's been a while since we've been in contact. I have continued my forensic investigation into the kidnapping of my son - under color of law. I have discovered that Concord District Court, Suffolk Superior Court and Middlesex District Court have also illegally manipulated their court records to cover up the kidnapping of my son and deny me my court records. I have also found three other people whose hearing tapes at Middlesex Probate & Family Court - as in my case - are illegally edited to kidnap children and seniors. Barbara Johnson discovered two of her client's tapes were edited. I have found 21 people nationwide and six lawyers who were disbarred for representing fathers and calling attention to edited tapes and the Divorce & Abuse Industries. As a result I have founded CASK with these 21 victims and six lawyers. I have attached a letter we wrote to Governor Romney calling attention to Margaret Marshall's history of unconstitutionally 'legislating from the bench' and her history of covering up the editing of my court hearing tapes. She has even issued whitewash reports to claim that transcripts and tapes are correct and true records, which she personally knows to be untrue. Lee G. Johnson, the former Register of Middlesex Probate & Family Court has been promoted to a judge for his part in covering-up the illegally edited hearing tapes at Middlesex P&F!!! Johnson told Greg Hession and Ed Oliver that "heads would role" but he ended up covering up the illegal editing. Subsequently, three families at Middlesex have lost children or seniors by the same judges and tape coordinator as in my case.due to continued. The Center for Individual Rights in Washington, DC - the same law firm that successfully challenged Affirmative Action at the UMich - has reviewed my case and written a letter of outrage.
